How it works: When you purchase a new "On Road" vehicle from CountyImports.com, you have the option of adding this guarantee protection plan to your shopping cart. Once purchased, and during the life of your arrangement, if for any reason, your engine fails, Countyimports.com will cover the cost to replace the enging as well as the cost in labor up to $500 to replace the engine in your On Road Vehicle.
How does payment work: Each month on the anniversary date of your original order, we will automatically process payment via a method called "recurring billing" The small fee will be deducted from the account used to purchase this option and your On Road vehicle. Please make sure you have chosen an account that is current so your protection does not lapse. Once cancelled, you cannot reactivate your Guarantee for any reason.
How to file a claim: If you believe your engine needs replacement, simply complete the form below, locate a trusted brick and mortar dealer in your area (we can assist you) to certify the engine is no longer of use, at that time, we will ship the replacement engine to the dealer you have selected and pay them directly for the work done.
