- Why do you not ship the MSO/MCO Title along with my vehicle?
Anyone who has access to a motor vehicle and a copy of the MSO can legally title and register that vehicle under their name. Since all orders are shipped via third party LTL trucking companies, and unfortunately we have experienced lost shipments in the past, we choose to send your MSO via mail after you receive your vehicle safely. - What happens if I lost my MSO | MCO?
Hopefully, you have registered your machine when your original MCO. If you have misplaced your MCO, you must contact our staff for directions on a replacement. These forms are very secure and are considered legal documents. They must be treated with the most care and safety. This is the ownership to your vehicle. Back to top
- How long will my MSO | MCO take to arrive?
Once you have requested your MSO | MCO our staff will validate the owner via the payment information on the order. Once your MSO is prepared it will be mailed to you via USPS. This process generally takes about 1 week. Back to top

- I would like my MSO | MCO to arrive at the same time as my purchase.
Our staff can make special arrangements if requested however. Your MSO | MSO will ship to the billing address on file and to the person on who made payment. Back to top
- I have requested my MSO | MCO several times and still nothing!
Our staff processes every MSO request received. Please made sure the address we have on file is your current address. If it is not, you must log into your account and update your records. If still no luck? Please email titles@countyimports.com and state your case please. We do not accept MSO requests by phone. Back to top
- Can I request my MCO | MSO by phone?
NO, We must log your request via our automated system. This allows our staff to track your warranty start date. To request an MSO | MCO you must visit the MSO | MCO deparmtent and follow the directions. Back to top
