We go the extra mile when shipping your new purchase! Instead of delivery to your local shipping terminal and having to arrange a ride or borrow a truck and drive up to -2- hours for pickup WE  go the extra mile and ship right to your door. Free Residential and curbside delivery as a standard with all motorsprots purchases on our webiste! When your unit is shipped it will be delivered with a lift gate to lower your bike right to grade level for an easy unloading process. All orders are generally DELIVERED in 3-7 days. However, during the spring and summer season, which we consider February through August, sales are delivered within 5-15 days. We've never missed a shipment for delivery and are not starting this year!

Safe, Fast and Easy!: Delivery will be to your shipping address provided and customer signature is required. Our carriers will never leave your package at your door when your not home. The shipping carriers must deliver when a customer is at home to inspect and accept delivery. To provide a complete and safe transactions to our customers we have asked our shipping carriers to Check ID at the time of delivery to match the delivery recipients name and address.

Gift Giving is EASY!: Feel confident that your purchase will be delivered promptly and on time for that wonderful day of the year! If you are shipping this package as a gift the buyer must FAX  a copy of the ID with a written and signed request asking for County Motorsports to deliver to a gift address.  You will be notified that your fax was received. Here's how your purchase will be delivered...

1. Our trucking company Yellow Trucking -  http://www.yrc.com/  as well as  FedEx Frieght , UPS Frieght , Estes Express, SAIA or Yellow Freight. We use all these shipping companies and will select the best rated and fastest carrier that delivers in your area! NOTE: The carrier will call you 24-48 hours prior to delivering your ATV to arrange a delivery time.  If you miss delivery it's okay! They will reschedule with you a better time! Call us with questions.
2. When they deliver your new purchase, the driver will lower the item down off the lift gate and place it where you need it.
3. You can use the "Shipping Check-Off Sheet" provided by the delivery driver and mark where there may have been any punctures or damage to the box, just in case. 99% of the time there's nothing but be pro-active and make sure you get the unit in good order.
4. Sign off on the Bill of Lading (BOL) after you view the ATV crate.

Tracking Numbers

We ship out in the evenings between 4pm and 6pm pacific standard time. You will receive your tracking number via email the morning after your order is shipped. You will locate your tracking number by logging into your account -OR- by checking your email. We will auto email you the tracking when it becomes available to our staff from the carriers. Please contact our shipping department with questions. 877-868-5828

Shipping Check-off Sheet

Please use a Shipping Check-Off Sheet to indicate any damage to your unit. Boxes may have some damage so check under the boxes to see if unit(s) are damaged. Please note the packaging the unit comes in is designed to protect the inside contents. Sometimes there may be some visual marks on the delivery box. Do not worry. That means the box is doing its job. Inspect the insides of the crate and you will find a safely packaged new item. Accept the delivery and use the included tool kit to get started! Boxed Scooter Package

All items are packed to a professional standard, in sturdy cardboard boxes. This packageing is very durable and designed to be used for long distance travel.

The crate will have several (4) steel bands holding the cardboard box in place around the steel frame.

The steel frame is welded together in many parts, but it can be taken completely apart by using a 14mm wrench (supplied in the tool kit which you will find in a tool bag under the seat). A plastic cover and bubble wraps are used to protect your vehicle from scratches. There are 4 wires holding the motorcycle in palce on both sides of the wheels which can now be cut and removed. The bottom of the frame is raised from the floor a few inches to allow room for a fork lift to get under it, but it also means that the motorcycle's wheels are partially inserted into the floor of the frame to further prevent the vehicle from moving.

All items are shipped on our customized durable shipping pallets. Each pallet is secured with at least two straps or bands and be wrapped with plastic stretch wrap. And the stretch wrap is wrapped completely over the lip of the pallet.
